Windsmeet

This ruined tower stands on a lonely hilltop. The architecture used in the ruins is unknown, and even Dwarves are unfamiliar with the techniques and construction methods used on the stone. It provides a panoramic view across much of the surrounding countryside, and most think it must have been some form of Elvish watchtower. Letters resembling Elven seem to be inscribed upon some of the stones.
